A website for Tree Ring Legal

Everything below is what you have already looked at. This page is the price and the list of what is needed to make it real.

The number

$500

One time, for the whole build.

$50/mo

Hosting, small changes as you need them, and your analytics kept current.

You can pay on the start page whenever you are ready, and if another way is easier for you, just say so. You own all of it, the pages, the code, the domain, and the images.

What you get

Everything included

  • Six pages, designed and builtHome, Services, About, Glossary, Contact, and a Schedule page that finally does something. Your writing throughout, kept as yours, tidied for typos and set properly.
  • A consultation form that worksFive short questions. Every request lands in your inbox with the person’s name, phone, email, and what they need, so you can reply straight from it.
  • Your Google reviews on the pageTen reviews at five stars, with the words Denton, Tina, Jody, and Anna actually wrote, quoted on the site where people will see them.
  • The glossary as a real referenceIts own page with a jump list down the side, so somebody holding a document can find one term in seconds.
  • A page of straight answersThe six questions people ask before they call an attorney, answered plainly. Do I need a trust. What does it cost. How long does it take.
  • Hours, service area, and where you workMonday to Friday, based in Smyrna, covering Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, and Wilson, all stated on the site instead of guessed at.
  • Built to be foundProper page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and the structured business data Google reads to understand that you are an estate planning attorney in Smyrna.
  • Your domain moved over, carefullytreeringlegal.com pointed at the new site, with the address finally working whether or not somebody types the www.
  • Readable on a phoneEvery page checked at phone, tablet, and desktop width before it goes live.

What is needed

Six things, and five of them take a minute

Nothing starts until you say go. Once you do, these are what the launch waits on.

From you

Access to your domain

treeringlegal.com is registered at GoDaddy. Either add Kate as a delegate on the account, or sit down together for ten minutes. It is two settings, the ones that point your address at your web pages.

From you

Your headshot, the original file

The version on your site now is small. Send the full-size file straight from the photographer or your phone, and it will look sharp everywhere.

From you

A yes or no on your street address

Google lists you at 101 Hager Dr. Say whether you want that published on the website, or whether it should read Smyrna and Middle Tennessee without the street.

From you

Confirm your hours and where requests go

Google says Monday to Friday, nine to five. Confirm that is still right, and confirm katie@treeringlegal.com is where consultation requests should land.

From you

A read through the words

Your writing is on every page. Read it once and flag anything that does not sound like you, or any legal wording you want stated differently.

Nice to have

A few real photographs

Anything honest: you at a kitchen table, your desk, the satchel you carry to signings. Real photos of you will beat anything else on the site.

Every one of those can be done on the start page. Upload the headshot, answer the address question, confirm your hours, and send it all over in one go.

Go to the start page

How it goes

Days, once you say go

  • You say goSend the headshot and your answers to the questions above.
  • Same weekYour notes go in, your reviews and hours go on, real photos replace the placeholders.
  • Your readYou go through every page and flag anything. It gets changed.
  • LaunchDomain switched, form tested with a real submission to your inbox, every page checked live.
  • AfterTwo weeks of small fixes included. Anything you spot, it gets fixed.

Worth knowing

Two things stated plainly

About the photos

The imagery is illustrative

The porch, the oak, the desk, the keepsake box: those are generated images chosen to suit your brand.

None of them are photographs of your office, your clients, or your files, and nothing on the site suggests otherwise. Any one of them can be swapped for a real photo whenever you have one.

After launch

What the monthly covers

Hosting, the small changes that come up once a site is real, and your analytics kept current so you can see who is finding you and what they read.

A new service, a new photo, a change of hours: you send it over and it goes on.

That is the whole thing

Read it, sleep on it, and ask me about anything that is unclear.
