    Give Kate access to your domain

    treeringlegal.com is registered at GoDaddy. GoDaddy has a built-in way to let someone help with a domain without ever sharing your password, and it takes about a minute.

    1. Sign in to GoDaddy, open your account menu, and choose Account Settings, then Delegate Access.
    2. Under "People who can access my account", choose Invite to Access.
    3. Enter the name and email below, choose the access level Domains Only, and select Invite.

    Domains Only is the narrowest level GoDaddy offers. It does not allow buying anything, it does not touch your payment methods, it cannot see your password, and you can remove it in one click whenever you want. Heads up that the invite expires after about two days, so send it when you are ready for the work to start.

  2. From you

    Send your headshot, the original file

    The version on your site now is small, so it goes soft when it gets any bigger. Send the full-size original straight from the photographer or your phone and it will look sharp everywhere.

    Your street address, yes or no

    Google lists you at 101 Hager Dr, Smyrna. Tell us whether that belongs on the website, or whether it should say Smyrna and Middle Tennessee without the street.

    Confirm your hours and where requests land

    These came off your Google listing. Change anything that is out of date, and tell us the inbox where consultation requests should arrive.

  5. From you

    Your read through the words

    Your writing is on every page. Read it once and flag anything that does not sound like you, or any legal wording you want stated differently. Page name and what to change is plenty.

  6. Nice to have

    Any real photographs you have

    Anything honest: you at a kitchen table, your desk, the satchel you carry to signings. Real photos of you will beat every generated image on the site. Send as many as you like, or none at all.

How you would like to pay

Pick whichever suits you. Payments go through Stripe, so no card details touch this website. The monthly starts once the site is live, never while it is still being built.

Whichever you pick, you own all of it: the pages, the code, the domain, and the images.

Send this whenever you like. If something is still missing you can come back to this page and send it again, and the newest one is the one that counts.
